SheĀ ended up hooking up with the fellow modelĀ – and her boyfriend.
Megan told the Private PartsĀ podcast: "And then I went and had a glamour photoshoot in the south ofĀ FranceĀ and a woman was shooting me.
"She was hotĀ and we were doing this sexy lingerie shoot together and it got a bit heated!
"When we got back to London, she was like, āIāve got a boyfriend. But itās an open relationshipā. So, I started seeing them as a couple."
