FUMING neighbours have gone to war against the daughter of lockdown hero Captain Tom Moore over her illegal £200,000 pool house.
Hannah Ingram-Moore and her husband are challenging an order to tear down the spa.
Their appeal is due to be heard on October 17 and members of the public can watch the drama.
And we can reveal that 19 locals have swamped the local council with letters of objection about the plan.
A close neighbour said: “The building at the Rectory in Marston is ugly, far too large for the site, and really out of character and scale for its location.
“How the Council could have approved this building and for it then to be built so much bigger than the approved plans is terrible.”

One wrote: “The building is an eyesore.”
Another told Central Bedfordshire Council: “It spoils our outlook.”
The NHS fundraiser’s family got consent in 2021 for a Captain Tom Foundation Building in their home’s grounds.
But a retrospective application a year ago for a 50ft by 20ft building containing a spa pool was refused.

In appeal documents, Colin Ingram-Moore called the building, on the site of a tennis court in Marston Moretaine, Bedfordshire, “no more overbearing” than what was approved.
Council officials said the size and scale of the building has adversely impacted on neighbours.
Locals expected the appeal to be dropped.
One told The Sun: “It’s unbelievable they are still fighting to keep the pool.
“They must be aware of the huge anger across the country at what they have done.
“To keep going shows how much they must want that spa.”
Sir Tom, who died in 2021 aged 100, raised £38.9million by walking 100 laps of his garden in lockdown.
