I'm the world's hottest gran at 52 but look decades younger thanks to secret weapon anti-ageing hack, my skin's glowing | The Sun

A MODEL dubbed the world's hottest grandma has revealed the ‘secret weapon’ she uses as part of her skincare routine.

Social media superstar Gina Stewart, 52, often passes for somebody in her thirties and it’s partly down to the fact she has practically no wrinkles.

The Aussie stunner follows a consistent plan to ensure she looks her best and reckons others could benefit from her top tips too.

She says: “When it comes to wrinkles and skincare, I find what works best for me are common sense and products that don’t cost the earth.

“Number one is pure water for hydration. I always drink filtered water out of a BPA free bottle and carry it everywhere.

“That’s basically my only drink each day, no alcohol and no coffee.

"Only camomile or green tea for a hot drink now and then as both are full of antioxidants.

“I also love to take a sauna to sweat out toxins and impurities, it freshens my complexion and takes out any makeup residue.”

Gina adds: “And this is my secret weapon –  red light therapy is a must and I do this now three times a week.

“I find myself glowing after each 30 min session.

"It’s great for smoothing skin, reducing fine lines and building collagen. This is a game changer."

“Red light therapy is a non-invasive treatment that utilises low-level wavelengths of red light to promote skin rejuvenation, reduce the appearance of wrinkles, and improve overall skin health", she explained.

“It is most effective when used consistently over time.

"You may start noticing results after a few weeks of regular use, but long-term benefits are often achieved with continued use.

“Red light therapy is not a quick fix, and results may vary from person to person.

“It takes time for collagen production and cellular repair to occur. Patience and consistent use are key to achieving noticeable improvements.”
